Our Neighborhood:
Talavera is a family friendly neighborhood with a great location. We are located in South Oklahoma City and within a few minutes of Moore and Norman. The neighborhood is one mile from a new state of the art high school. There are shopping and dining opportunities within a 5 minute drive.
Talavera is a covenants community with a HOA and annual dues. This means there are restrictions of what you can and can’t do to your home. These restrictions are attached to each homeowner’s deed. Quality is important. Safety is important. Retaining and increasing property value is important. See the Covenants page for further details.
