Norman is encouraging its citizens to observe trick or treating on Friday, October 30.  Our neighborhood is obviously in Oklahoma City, but you may have some kids come by on Friday since we are so close to Norman. Have a great halloween and try to save some candy for the children.

As a reminder, the covenants require the trash recepticles to be maintained out of view from the street. I have noticed more and more violations on this issue over the last few weeks.

The builders have removed the flags from the entrances in response to requests from many of the homeowners. They may reappear from time to time when the builders have shows, etc…, however they will no longer be up year round.

I have started to notice more and more trashcans being seen from the street.  Please remember, this is a violation of the covenants. The board plans to start a yard of the month club that runs from May thru the end of Summer.

2009 Annual Dues!
Dues letters should be dropped in your box this weekend with the information regarding payments, mailing address, etc…
The dues are $150 this year and are due by March 31.  Thank you for your cooperation in paying these on time.
