Talavera’s Yard of the Month Competition

Spring has sprung and it’s time to start getting those yards ready for the Yard of the Month competition. This year we will have two winners per month. This will give everyone more of an opportunity to win. The competition will run from May to July this year. Judging starts at the first of the month with the winners being announced at the end of each month. The prize for winning will be a $100 Visa gift card.

In order to be considered the home must be in good standing with the Homeowner’s Association. Homes that have not paid their dues or have a lien on their property cannot be considered. Homes with recurring violations (i.e. trash cans left out in view) will also not be considered.
