Architecture Change
Process:
1) Architectural change request form must be completed unless extraordinary circumstances call for an exception.
2) A board member will review the request and approve or reject if the covenants and bylaws cover the issue.
3) If the bylaws or covenants do not govern the requested change, the HOA Board will present the proposed change to the Architectural Committee as defined in ¶ 2 of the covenants for a decision.
4) Person requesting the change will be notified of decision.
