Complaint
Process:
1) Written complaints (and email) must be filed unless extraordinary circumstances call for an exception.
2) Complaint must be within Board’s enforcement powers.
3) Board members will investigate and recommend action or no action.
4) Person filing the complaint will be notified of action.
